Mara has spent her career working directly in accounting and office management roles, handling everything from payroll for large teams to accounts payable, receivable, and monthly reconciliations. She understands what it takes to keep financials organized in fast-paced environments, including restaurant operations where timing and accuracy are critical.

Darin’s experience comes from leading operations and managing large-scale budgets, where financial oversight was a daily responsibility. He has processed and coded invoices, analyzed month-end performance, and worked closely with vendors and reporting to ensure everything stayed on track. That operational background brings a practical, real-world perspective to the numbers.

Together, we don’t just focus on keeping books clean, we focus on helping business owners understand what those numbers mean. We take pride in being approachable, responsive, and easy to work with, and we aim to build long-term relationships with the people we support.

We work primarily with small businesses, including restaurants and franchise operations, where having clear and accurate financials can make a real difference day to day.
